1. Services We Provide

Long Island Premier Christmas & Holiday Lights Installation provides professional Christmas & holiday lighting services, including design, installation, maintenance, takedown, storage, permanent lighting systems, pathway lighting, and holiday decor. Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling for your project are confirmed in your individual quote and service agreement. Any description on this website is general and does not override the terms of your signed quote.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Once you accept a quote in writing, the agreed price is binding for the scope described. If the scope of work changes — for example, additional roofline, extra trees, or access difficulties not visible at the time of estimate — we will communicate any change in price and obtain your approval before performing additional work.

3. Scheduling and Availability

Installation dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to weather and crew availability. We recommend booking by mid-October for the widest selection of dates. While we make every effort to honor scheduled dates, severe weather may require rescheduling for safety. See our Cancellation & Scheduling Policy for details.

4. Site Conditions and Access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your property, including clear walkways, unlocked gates, and access to exterior power outlets. You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards — fragile roofing, loose gutters, underground pet fencing, or sensitive landscaping — before installation begins. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If any installation issue arises during the season — a burned out bulb, a sagging strand, or a loose connection — contact us and we will repair it at no additional charge, subject to our service policy. This guarantee covers normal seasonal wear and does not cover damage caused by severe storms, vandalism, third parties, or modifications made after installation.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your quote, payment is due upon completion of installation. For large or custom projects, a deposit may be required to reserve your date and materials. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.

7. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of the work we performed and the limits of our insurance coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed site hazards, acts of nature, or conditions not caused by our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Ownership of Materials

Unless you purchase lighting materials outright, the lights, clips, and hardware we install remain our property and are leased to you for the season. When you choose our removal and storage service, we take down and store the materials for reuse the following year. Permanent lighting systems you purchase become your property upon final payment.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Long Island Premier Christmas & Holiday Lights Installation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
