Why Choose Long Island Premier Holiday Lights for Pathway Lighting
Pathway lighting through the season
Walkway and driveway lighting is the part of the display guests actually walk through. It goes in with your first holiday of the fall and can stay lit into the new year.
Halloween
Lit walkways so trick-or-treaters can find the door safely, in orange, purple, or warm white.
Diwali
Lit paths, patios, and entry steps in gold and warm white for the celebration.
Thanksgiving through New Year's
Warm white or candy-cane stakes along the walk and driveway, lantern posts at the entry, and uplights on the trees that frame the house, all on the same timer as the roofline.
Good to know about pathway lighting
Fixtures we use
Low-voltage LED stake lights spaced evenly along walks and driveways, lantern-style path lights at entries and steps, uplights for specimen trees and columns, and lit candy-cane or lamppost stakes for a traditional look. Runs are buried or tucked into beds so nothing trips a guest.
Long driveways and sloped lots
A long wooded driveway is the best pathway-lighting job on the Island: fixtures every twelve feet or so, one buried run, one timer. Sloped lots and entry stairs get a fixture at every change of grade so the approach reads as one continuous path.
Weather and salt
Fixtures are sealed and rated for standing water and salt, which matters on every canal and bay-front lot. If a fixture is knocked over by a plow or a delivery, the service call is covered.
